Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmaida /refined flour
  2. 1 table spoonbaking powder
  3. 1/2 cupcurd
  4. 1/2 cupghee
  5. 2 table spoons water
  6. 1 table spoonpista, badam and kaju (pistahio,cashew,almond)
  7. Sugar syrup :
  8. 1 cupwater
  9. 1/2 table spooncardamom powder
  10. 2 cupssugar
  11. 1/2 table spoonlemon juice
  12. 4 table spoons saffron water

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all take a bowl pour this refined flour, baking powder, curd, ghee and then make dough with two table spoons of water.

    After then for sugar syrup take a pan, keep on the gas flame, then insert sugar, water, cardamom powder, saffron water and lemon juice and boiled upto 8-10 minutes.

    Then rest it upto 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Then from dough make small ball, press at the center, then fry these at medium flame.

  5. 5

    After then put into the sugar syrup for five to ten minutes.

  6. 6

    Then serve with chopped pista, badam and kaju.
