Ingredients

  • 500 grams gulab jamun mix
  • 500 kgpalm jaggery
  • 1 ltrOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Add water in gulab jamun mix make soft dough.

    Prepare jaggery syrub. For 500kg jaggery add 300ml water

    Make small balls & keep low flame and fry

    Place the gulab jamuns in syrup
