3green chilli
1chopped onion
Fewgarlic chopped
SomeGrated ginger
4-5beans
1 spooncrushed green peas
As requiredSalt
1/2 teaspoonGaram masala powder
5-7curry leaves
1/2 teaspoonjeera
1/2capcisum finely chopped
Few coriander leaves

Boil aloo and mashed in masher and keep aside

In a pan add oil then Jeera,chillies onion curry leaves ginger garlic and all veggies mentioned above.

Lastly add potato and garam masala and coriander leaves.Enjoy with roti paratha or rice puri.
