  3. 2very big onions
  4. Palm oil
  5. Knor chicken
  6. Cray fish
  7. Salt
  8. Pormo
  9. 2 cupscooked beans

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry palm oil for 2min

    A picture of step 1 of Beans and palm oil stew.

    Add blended onions pepper and shombo allow to for another 10min

  3. 3

    Add already cooked pormo and stock

  4. 4

    And maggi and salt to taste

  5. 5

    Serve with plain cooked beans
