Take a kadhai,put khoya and stire until light brown colour.

Add finely chopped Dryfruits, powder sugar, fried khoya and mix it well.

Mske dough of all purpose flour put 4 to 5 tbsp oil in dough. Rest for 10 minutes.

Make ghujiya in different shapes cases as per availability. Deep fry Ghujiya till light brown. Now gujiya is ready.

Gujiya is ready for eat.
