Chop the mushrooms and broccoli into small pieces. Dice the bell pepper.

Season the chicken with pepper, chicken bouillon powder, fish sauce, and olive oil.

Add the chicken to a pan and stir-fry first. Next, add the broccoli. When almost cooked, add the mushrooms and bell pepper. Stir-fry until everything is cooked, then turn off the heat.

Microwave the pumpkin for 5 to 7 minutes. For extra flavor, you can season it beforehand with a little pepper and olive oil.
