Steps

For the dough
Take a bowl add all purpose flour and add ghee. Mix melted ghee with all purpose flour and rub with your palms. - 2
Knead a soft dough using water.Cover and keep aside.

For the filling
Take a pan add khoya add castor sugar add desiccated coconut. - 4
Add cashewnuts add raisins add chirongi

Mix all the ingredient in to a bowl.Mix it well properly.stuffing is ready.To make gujiya
Knead the dough for a minute.Divide it into pieces. - 6
Coat the ball with all purpose flour.Now pinch a small ball sized dough and roll it to a ball.
further, roll to a slightly thick puris and cut to a round shape. - 7
Keep the rolled disc in the gujiya mould and fill it with 1 and ½ tsp of filling.Apply the sealant on the borders

And press the moulds.Remove the extra dough from around.Remove the gujiya from the mould and store in a plate.
Make all the gujiyas in the same way. - 9
Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan.Deep fry the gujiyas on medium low flame till lightly browned.Gujiya is ready.
