Grind the yellow mustard, add the remaining spices.

Take a bottle, add 1-1.5 ltr water.

Add all the spices in the bottle and keep for fermentation for 24-48 hrs.

Soak urad dal and moong dal. Then grind it to smooth paste. Add ginger and green chilli. Salt and turmeric powder.

Beat till fluffy, then heat oil and make small balls and deep fry on slow flame to medium till done. Then soak in water for couple of hrs. Now transfer the vadas in the water prepared and again ler it be for some hrs or overnight. Serve when reqd.
