Ingredients

  1. In a large bowl, blend:
  2. 4super ripe bananas, mashed
  3. 1/2 cupTrader Joe’s coconut oil, melted
  4. 1/2 cupsugar
  5. 1 teaspoonvanilla
  6. Then add:
  7. 1/2 cupalmond flour
  8. 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  9. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  10. Finally, mix in:
  11. 2eggs, well beaten
  12. 1 tablespoonsour cream
  13. 1/2 cupchopped walnuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Bake in buttered loaf pan in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
