Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, blend:
  • 4super ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cupTrader Joe’s coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla
  • Then add:
  • 1/2 cupalmond flour
  • 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • Finally, mix in:
  • 2eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tablespoonsour cream
  • 1/2 cupchopped walnuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Bake in buttered loaf pan in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour. Cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
