a new idea of making bread 😊

This funny yesterday morning I work up and found the table set with something unique.....mum had decided to change our daily breakfast routine.....was the first to taste only to find that it was dropscones too sumptous.....love you mum for the new things you introduce us to each and every day

For #GlobalApron challenge this week I chose apple as my main ingredient to make these tender, light milk scones, while incorporating the tropical sweetness of coconut and the natural sweetness of fresh apples.These are ideal for breakfast, brunch, or an afternoon snack, To top it all, they are quick and easy to make.

I always try my best the same ingredients recipe showing in some different ways.today I tried to show something different not much but honestly very interesting.

I saw a recipe for buns in ice cream cones in a cookbook and came up with my own recipe based off that.I think this would also taste great with chocolate chips instead of rum raisins and purple sweet potatoes make the buns look like strawberry ice cream Recipe by carina

I found this recipe online about 10 years ago. Ever since then I have made this part of my holiday meals. It's also great for a cold night.This batch is done with improvising. I didn't have creamed corn, but I did have frozen corn. So this pictured batch is as follows:1 cup butter1 bag of frozen corn1 can of cream of celery soup1 cup of milk2 eggs1 box of Jiffy cornbread mixAnd guess what? It worked!!
