Take all the dals and soak seperatly and then grind them after adding about 2-3 tbsp Dahi and grind to a smooth Paste.Let the batter rest for 3-4 hours.

Now add to this Salt per taste,Ginger Paste and Chilli Paste and fry on medium hot oil.

Put these Vadas in water for 5 minutes and then press slowly and place it on the serving plate.

Now take the dahi and add 2 tbsp Sugar and some salt and mix nicely.Now pour this Dahi on the Vadas.Now add dates and Tamarind Chutney,green chutney and then sprinkle some roasted Jeera Powder,red chilli powder,Fresh coriander and pomegranate seeds.Sprinkle chat Masala and if you want you may sprinkle Sev.
