Ingredients

  • 200 gmpaneer
  • 1 cupfried onion ginger garlic tomato paste
  • 1 tspshahi jeera
  • 1 bowlwarm milk
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil
  • 1 tbspcashew nuts and raisins paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cube the paneer and soak in milk with sugar

  2. 2

    Now heat oil and temper shahi jeera

  3. 3

    Saute the paste adding salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder

  4. 4

    Add cashew raisins paste and mix well

  5. 5

    Add sugar and paneer with milk,boil
