Ingredients

  • 2boiled aaloo
  • 1onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • as requiredcoriander leaves
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • as neededsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan and add jeera seeds

  2. 2

    Add chopped onions

  3. 3

    Add chopped tomatoes

  4. 4

    Add turmeric, red chilli and salt as per taste

  5. 5

    Add potatoes

  6. 6

    Toss it till 5 minutes and add water

  7. 7

    Boil it for 15 - 20 minutes and it is ready to serve
