Most people literally avoid the "white " part of the chicken. Maybe they just don't like that it's chewy . But there's always a way around it . Plus, no need to waste leftovers when you can give them a twist

Debone (if any) the chicken and shred it with a fork. Cube avocado and chop coriander.

Throw into the bowl with basil leaves. Grind in some peppercorns along with salt. Drizzle some salad dressing and serve. Eat as a salad by itself or bread.

Tip * If you are making it for later, do not pour in the salad dressing yet. Just squeeze a fresh lemon over the salad, especially the avocado to keep it fresh.
