Moong Daal halwa

Soaked moong Daal for 30 mins after soaking throw the wasted water and wash the Daal properly,after that make a paste of moong Dal (Don't add water)

Put a kadhai on stove make it hot put some ghee and melt it down add half spoon of wheat floor

Put moong Dal paste and on a low flame make it stir,don't put gas on a high flame,make it stir till the paste become dry (don't add water or milk)

Make a sugar syrup of 1 string in one glass of water

Mash Khoya in another pan,mix Khoya and moong daal together..

Put sugar syrup on the mixture and mix it till the lumps mix up

Decorate the halwa with dry fruits..serve it hot and enjoy.
