Ingredients

  • 1cube
  • 24of chicken breasts; cut in 1
  • 0.5bn fresh parsley; finely chopped
  • 1 tfresh garlic ; minced
  • 0.5 tcumin
  • 1salt and white pepper to taste
  • 0.75 colive oil

    Mix all ingredients well

  2. 2

    On each skewer stick, put on 4 ounces of chicken

  3. 3

    Cook over a bed of hot coals on a barbecue pit or broil in oven until tender for 5 minutes. Your brochett of Chicken is ready. You can now serve immediately.
