Take flour in a mixing bowl. Add ghee and mix all together by rubbing hands. Make a stiff dough with adding little by little water. Cover and keep aside for half an hour.

For Stuffing in a pan add grated khoya and nutmeg powder and cook on low heat till it turns light brown. Let it cool.

Now mix all the dry ingredients of filling together.

Now knead the dough again for few seconds for more smoothness. Divide dough into the small portion.

Take a dough make a thin chapati & cut into round shape with a cookie cutter or a small bowl. Take a chapati & put 1tbsp stuffing on it. Now take another chapati & apply water their edges & cover chapati on to it.

Close edges together by pressing with thumb the fold edges. Now deep fry all chandrkalas on medium flame.

For syrup put all ingredients into a pan and cook at low flame. Cook until thick consistency then turn of the flame. After little cool down dip.

Chandrakala into syrup & after 3 to 4 mins turn out from the syrup.chandrakala is ready to serve.
