Steps

(1) Pressure cook potatoes upto 3-4 whistles. Mash them properly & keep aside.

(2) Heat ghee in a pan or wok.

(3) Add mashed potatoes & roast them at medium-low flame for 5-6 mints. Keep mixing occasionally.

(4) Once the potatoes leave oil at the corners & change colour to little dark, add sugar. Mix properly & stir for 1-2 mints.

(5) Cook at low flame for 7-8 mints.

(6) Add dry fruits & mix.

(7) Garnish with grated coconut & serve hot.
