Ingredients

  1. Rice
  2. Fresh peppers
  3. Liver, kidney, Shaki and others
  4. Blended pepper soup spices
  5. Scent leaf or uziza(optional)
  6. cubesSeasoning
  7. Onions
  8. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the rice and set aside.

  2. 2

    Blend the peppers roughly, slice the onions and slice the leafs.

  3. 3

    Diced the liver, kidney, Shaki into desired sizes. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and put in a clean pot. Place on heat and cover to boil.

  4. 4

    Allow the meat to steam, add sliced onions.

  5. 5

    If the water from the meat isn't enough to cook it, add water to it. Add the peppers and blended pepper soup spices.

  6. 6

    Add seasoning cubes, taste for salt and steam for more minutes until done.

  7. 7

    Add the sliced leaf and drop from heat after some minutes.
