Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 3 piecesbrown/wheat bread
  2. 1 small bowl mashed paneer / Chenna
  3. 1 spoonchopped onions
  4. 1 spoonchopped carrot
  5. 1 spoonchopped tomato
  6. a pinchsalt, black pepper and oregano
  7. as neededButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the slices of bread and evenly spread butter on it. I have put a layer of coriander Chutney as well.

  2. 2

    Mix the paneer, spices (except oregano) and the vegetables mentioned above. Put the paneer on each layer of bread and spread some oregano on top of it.

  3. 3

    Put it on a grill sandwich toaster and let it stay, till the top of your bread is crispy brown.
