Paneer Sandwich

As someone staying away from home, sandwich usually forms part of my lunch or dinner, for sure. To make it full of protein and a little healthier, I love adding loads of paneer with vegetables and this makes for a lovely meal for someone staying away from home!

As someone staying away from home, sandwich usually forms part of my lunch or dinner, for sure. To make it full of protein and a little healthier, I love adding loads of paneer with vegetables and this makes for a lovely meal for someone staying away from home!
Steps

Take the slices of bread and evenly spread butter on it. I have put a layer of coriander Chutney as well.

Mix the paneer, spices (except oregano) and the vegetables mentioned above. Put the paneer on each layer of bread and spread some oregano on top of it.

Put it on a grill sandwich toaster and let it stay, till the top of your bread is crispy brown.
