Steps
- 1
Take rice wash it and transfer it in a stainer so that excess water is drained. After 10 to 15 minutes when the rice becomes dry, grind rice coarsely like rava. If you can not grind at home, buy broken rice called as rice noyi or kurnai in tamil which we can get from grocery shop. It will be little big in size so have to break it into rava form (after leaving it for 5minutes upon sprinkling water on it).You can use normal rice and follow this procedure.
