Ingredients

2 cupsWheat flour
1 cupsugar
1 cupmilk
1/2 cupwater
1 tspclarified butter
As requiredTo fry oil /clarified butter

Steps

Mix all ingredients(except oil/clarified butter for frying)in bowl and give rest for half hour.

Heat oil/clarified butter in pan fry malpua, served with aamras(mango juice) and fresh cream.
