Ingredients: 500 grm half boiled potato; 4-5 tsp tamarind chutney; 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder; 2 tsp Chaat masala; 2 Onion finely chopped; 2-3 green chilli chopped; 2-3 tbsp Coriander leaves for garnish; 1/4 cup Pomegranate for garnish; As needed Oil for frying; to taste Salt; 1 lemon for lemon juice

First chopped boiled potatoes

Then Heat the oil in a kadai add chopped potato fry them till light brown crispy

Then remove in a bowl add all the remaining ingredients mix all except pomegranate and coriander leaves

Serve with garnishing of coriander leaves and pomegranate
