Ingredients

  • White fish chunks, (any fish of your choice)
  • Carrot diagonally cut
  • A fewbaby corns cut to half
  • a fewbroccoli florets
  • 1/2red and yellow capsicum cut in bite size chunks
  • 2green onions, chopped (garnish)
  • to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 2 tspsesame oil
  • 1/2 cupvegetable stock
  • For Sauce:
  • grind to a fine paste with a dash of water,
  • 1 bunchchinese parsley leaves and tender stalk
  • 2-3 clovesgarlic
  • 2green chillies
  • 2white portion of spring onions
  • 1 tspsoy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Salt fish pieces, keep aside for 5 minutes, rinse, pad dry and set aside.

  2. 2

    On medium heat, pan pan, once, hot, add oil, add vegetables, seasoning and saute for a few minutes, the idea is for the veges to retain their crunchiness, so cook just al-dente, now add fish pieces and stir in sauce paste, stock check for seasoning, let the mixture cook until fish is cooked through, garnish with spring onions and serve with steamed rice.
