Steps

Take 3/4th cup corn in a mixer. Add green chillies and lime juice,Coriander leaves and coarse it roughly. Do not make it smooth paste.

Take the boiled potatoes. Add the corn mixture. Add salt, Chaat masala, jeera powder, chilli powder and dhaniya powder. Add the remaining corns. Add the soaked breads and prepare a dough by mixing all together.

Apply some oil on your palms. And start preparing the Titkkis.

Take corn flour and mix with water. Take bread crumbs on a plate.

Dip the Tikkis one by one in the corn flour mixture. And then cover them with bread crumbs completely. The Tikkis should be coated properly.

Put the Tikkis in the fridge for 20 minutes.

After 20 minutes, deep fry the Tikkis and serve with coriander chutney.
