Ingredients

  • cupboiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 cupmixed sprouts
  • 1 cupfinely chopped apples
  • 1/2 cuppomegranate seeds
  • 1 cupCurd thick
  • 2 teaspoonblack salt
  • 2 teaspoonchaat masala
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 3finely chopped onions
  • 1 cupboondi / sev
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 15Ready to fry golagappe

Steps

  1. 1

    To make stuffing - Peel the boiled potatoes and mash it with hands. Add sprouts,pomegranate seeds, apples, salt, black salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and mix it well.

  2. 2

    Fry golagappe on medium flame. Allow to get cold.

  3. 3

    Make a small hole in all the puris. Fill up with potatoes sprouts stuffing, add onions, boondi, sev, tamarind chutney,mint chutney and beaten curd.

  4. 4

    Serve immediately.

    Very tasty and healthy also.
