Ingredients

  2. as neededOil to fry
  3. 1 tea spoonoil
  4. 1/2 tea spooncuminseeds
  5. 1/2 tea spoonturmeric powder
  6. 1 tea spoonsalt
  7. 1 tea spoonRed chilli powder
  8. 2 tea spoonCoriander powder
  9. 1/2 tea spoongaram masala
  10. 1 tea spoonDry Mango powder
  11. 2 tea spoonsaunf powder/ fennel powder

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the brinjal into 2"sized and deep fry till golden brown.

    Put 1 teaspoon oil in a warm work.put cumin seeds, turmeric fried brinjal, salt, coriander powder,chilli powde,r mango powder garam masala,saunf powder and mix well.serve with parantha puri or fulka.
