Ingredients

  • 2brinjal full size
  • as neededOil to fry
  • 1 tea spoonoil
  • 1/2 tea spooncuminseeds
  • 1/2 tea spoonturmeric powder
  • 1 tea spoonsalt
  • 1 tea spoonRed chilli powder
  • 2 tea spoonCoriander powder
  • 1/2 tea spoongaram masala
  • 1 tea spoonDry Mango powder
  • 2 tea spoonsaunf powder/ fennel powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the brinjal into 2"sized and deep fry till golden brown.

    Put 1 teaspoon oil in a warm work.put cumin seeds, turmeric fried brinjal, salt, coriander powder,chilli powde,r mango powder garam masala,saunf powder and mix well.serve with parantha puri or fulka.
