Sprouts &Fruits Stuffed Golgappas

To make stuffing - Peel the boiled potatoes and mash it with hands. Add sprouts,pomegranate seeds, apples, salt, black salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and mix it well.

Fry golagappe on medium flame. Allow to get cold.

Make a small hole in all the puris. Fill up with potatoes sprouts stuffing, add onions, boondi, sev, tamarind chutney,mint chutney and beaten curd.

Serve immediately.

Very tasty and healthy also.
