Ingredients

  1. 3potatoes boiled
  2. 10homemade paanipuri
  3. 1 tspchaat masala
  4. 4 tbsptamarind chutney
  5. 1 tbsproasted jeera powder
  6. 1 cupdahi/curd
  7. 1/2 tspginger powder
  8. 1/4 th tspred chilli powder
  9. to tastesalt and sugar
  10. 2 tbspchopped coriander
  11. 1 tbspchickpea flour/besan
  12. 1green chilli chopped finely
  13. 1 tbsprefined oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes and mash them.Add besan, chaat masala, jeera powder,ginger powder, finely chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped coriander,salt and sugar to taste.Mix all and make a lump.

    Make tikkis out of the mashed potato and shallow fry them.Make a tamarind chutney by adding roasted jeera powder,salt and sugar to taste,pinch of red chilli powder.Boil and make a thick pulp.

    Beat the dahi, strain and get a smooth consistency.Add little tamarind chutney,salt and sugar to taste and chaat masala.Keep homemade paanipuri ready.

    Arrange tikkis in serving plate.Top it with masala dahi,crushed paanipuri or any other crispy snack,chaat masala, roasted jeera powder,tamarind chutney and chopped coriander.Serve chilled.
