Cheese paratha

In a large mixing bowl, take wheat flour, salt and oil and mix well.Now add water and mix well.

Mix everything and begin to knead into a smooth and fine Dough. Add more water if required to knead the dough.

Cover and keep the dough aside for 20-30 mins.

MAKE CHEESE STUFFING PARATHA.In a bowl,take all the stuffing ingredients.Mix well. Don't add salt as cheese has already salt in it.

Pinch two balls from the dough and roll them between your palms. Flatten them and dust them with wheat flour.

With a rolling pin,roll them into 4-5 inches diameter round.Try making both the rounds of same size.

On one of the rolled circle, place the cheese stuffing in the centre and keep 1 inch empty space from the sides.

Gently place the second circle on the top and seal the edges.

Dust some flour on the stuffed paratha.Begij to roll the paratha. Use wheat dust if required.

On a hot tawa, place the rolled paratha.Wheb base is partly cooked,spread some ghee on the partly cooked part.Flip and repeat the same. Make sure both the sides are cooked well.

Serve with chilled yoghurt or mango pickle or tomato sauce.
