Ingredients

  • 1 tinEvaporated milk
  • 200 mlMilk pak cream
  • 3/4 cupStrawberry juice
  • 1 packetStrawberry jelly Crystal's
  • 1 tbspGelatin powder
  • 1/4 cupWater
  • 1/2 cupCastor sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Chill evaporated milk and cream for 2 hours in freezer.

  2. 2

    Take gelatin in a pan with water n leave for 30 seconds to swell.

  3. 3

    Then put on stove n cook for few seconds till melted dont boil ; then add in juice n jelly n mix it well so no lumps r there.

  4. 4

    In blender add chilled evaporated milk and cream, sugar along with gelatine mixture n blend.

  5. 5

    Pour into serving dish n chill in fridge for 6 to 8 hours till set.
