  1. For paneer___
  2. 200 gmgram flour (besan)
  3. 1 Tspturmeric powder
  4. 1 Tspsalt
  5. 1 Tspchilli powder
  6. 1 Tspraw cumin powder
  7. 1 Tsplime juice
  8. For greavy____
  9. 1big onion greted
  10. 2 Tspgarlic paste
  11. 1 Tspginger paste
  12. 1/2 cupcurd fresh
  13. 1 Tspfennal powder
  14. 1/2 Tspchilli powder
  15. 1 Tspturmeric powder
  16. 2 Tspcoriander powder
  17. 1 Tspcumin seeds
  18. 1 Tspgaram masala
  19. 1 Tspcoriander leaf
  20. 2 Tspoil
  21. 2 Tspclarify butter
  22. 2 Tspsalt

Steps

30 miniutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl put all things for paneer making.add 1/2 cup water mix it very well.no lump should be formed.

    Make a medium thick consistacy batter.

  3. 3

    Heat a pan sprinkle some Butter in it.spread this batter in it.make a 1/4 inch thick layer.cook it 2 minutes one sided.flip it & cook 1 minute other sides.

    Remove it from the flame.cut it 1 inch Cubs.

  5. 5

    Fry it again in butter 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    In another Heat pan add oil,let it hot.

  7. 7

    Put cumin seeds cracle it.put garlic,saute it.add onion Brown it.

  8. 8

    Add all powdered spices mix it.add little water Fry it.

  9. 9

    Add curd mix it.cook it in the slow flame.

  10. 10

    Add 1 glass of water,let it boil.add besni paneer.boil it in the medium flame.

  11. 11

    Boil it 5 miniutes,then remove it from the flame.keep it a side for 30 miniutes for thicken greavy.

    Serve it in a bowl.garnish it with coriander leaf.

    It will go very well with boiled rice.
