Take off the water than grind in mixie

Now take a pan and put in ghee and paste

Roast the dal light brown then add the khoya when halwa leaves oil lower the flame

Now take a pan add the sugar and water and yellow colour mix well and boil 5-10 mins,add the sugar syrup in halwa and mix well and switch off the gas.

Tasty halwa is ready to serve garnish with dry fruits
