Chicken platter

Steps

Start by cleaning and cutting your chicken into small pieces

Marinate the chicken using 1 tbsp of garlic paste, 1 tbsp of Paprika, a pinch of salt and blackpepper... Set it aside

Next prepare your vegetables. Cut your potatoes into thick round shapes.

Slice your carrots and bell peppers into long strips

Slice your onions into thick round shapes as well.

Add some salt into the sliced potatoes and deep fry then until golden brown. This is to avoid them being overcooked later on. After the turn golden brown remove from oil and set them aside.

Using the same oil deep fry your chicken till golden brown as well. Remove and set them aside.

On another pot, add a little oil and fry your onions till they turn translucent. Add garlic and cook for a min.

Add in your chicken pieces now. Stir and cover and let it simmer for 2 mins.

Add in your vegetables, your carrots and bell peppers. Stir, cover and let it simmer for a min then add in your potatoes now.

Stir and add in your soy sauce, black pepper and coriander leaves.Cover and switch off the heat. Your chicken platter is ready.
