Ingredients

  1. Sponge cake
  2. 1-2eggs
  3. 2-2 tbspTang pineapple
  4. 3-1/2 cupcaster sugar
  5. 4-1 cupMaida
  6. 5-1/2 tspBaking powder
  7. 6-1/2 cupOil
  8. 7-1 cupMilk
  9. 8-4 scoopsIce Cream
  10. 9-2 tbspTropical tang
  11. 10-1 cupStrawberries
  12. 11-1 cupWhippy whip cream
  13. 12-1/2 cupCondensed milk

Steps

    Sponge cake: Mix all ingredients.

    Beat for four minutes. Mix all ingredients and beat for four minutes.

    Layer of sponge cake in base, than pineapple ring, tropical tang jelly, ice-cream then top it with jello again 🍧🍧🍧

    Make thin layers in glass bowls. Jelly should be little hard then normal

    Ice Cream ;;

    Beat 1 cup cream well until it is double in volume, add fresh or frozen 1 cup strawberries and 1/2 cup condensed milk.

    Freeze in air tight container for over night or atleast 6-8 hours

  7. 7

    Jello :
    Take strawberry jelly and make it in one cup water with two Tb.sp of tropical tang.

    Now place pineapple whole ring, then jelly ring, then ice-cream and top it with jello again. Enjoyy

  9. 9

    Layering;;

    First make a Base with sponge cake, pour little pineapple tang on it, dissolve in little water.

I am a homechef. Cooking is my passion. Love to creat new recipes. Mother of three . MashaAllahI belong to a punjabi family and married in the same community. Food taste is similar and almost same traditional dishes. My Ancestors belong to Amratsar and Inlaws are from Sargodha. I am born & brought up in Karachi. I have learnt alot from my Mom . She’s also a super chef of our family & my inspiration too. After shadi have learnt few dishes from my saas too .Good food makes my family really happy & in return they appreciated me alot. It’s really good to see my husband and kids happy because they love the food that I cook . I genuinely enjoy the whole process of cooking & love to hosting and design menus too. For me cooking is highly creative hobby to take up . You can not only create your own dishes but blend your favourite cuisine , it’s totally your choice because it’s your kitchen and your family. I am blessed to be surrounded by beautiful family who always appreciated me and love my cooking skills ❤️❤️❤️
