  1. 15 Oz.Salmon or Tuna
  2. 1/4 CupChopped Onions
  3. 1/2 CupSeasoned Bread Crumbs
  4. 1Egg
  5. 1 TbspOlive Oil
  6. Salt and Pepper to your liking

  1. 1

    Shred the salmon or tuna (canned would work fine just be sure to drain first) then incorporate remaining ingredients in a medium bowl

  2. 2

    Hand create the patties to your liking.

  3. 3

    Lightly coat pan with olive oil and place over medium-low heat.

  4. 4

    Cook both sides of the party until browned.
