Ingredients

  1. 8Puris
  2. 1Potato (Boiled, Peeled and mashed)
  3. 1 cupCurd
  4. 1Onion (Finely Chopped)
  5. 1Tomato (Finely Chopped)
  6. 1/2 cupSev
  7. 6-8tsps Green Chutney
  8. 6-8tsps Red Chilli Garlic Chutney
  9. as neededChaat Masala (Pinch)
  10. As required Regular Salt or Black Salt
  11. 3-4 tspCoriander Leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a hole at the center of the puris with your thumb.

  2. 2

    Stuff each puris with 1/2 tsp potatoes.

  3. 3

    In a cup of curd, add a pinch of salt and sugar and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Add the curd into each puris. (As per your requirements)

  5. 5

    Add chopped onions. Add chopped tomatoes.

  6. 6

    Add green chutney and red chilli garlic chutney.

  7. 7

    Sprinkle chaat masala and black salt or regular salt. Add good amount of sev

  8. 8

    Finally, garnish with coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
