My mother in-law brought me sheep meat, I was shocked and afraid of cooking it considering it was my first time, but I remembered my mom once told me if you're not sure about meat don't put any soup in it. I followed her advice and voila here we are, it tastes soo good and we really loved it.

Ingredients

  • 700 gsheep meat
  • 4 clovesgarlic
  • 2onions
  • 4tomatoes
  • to tasteSalt
  • Beef masala
  • 1 cupwater

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the meat into cubes and bring to a boil.

  2. 2

    Once all the water has dried up let it continue cooking using it's own oil coz it has alot of fat.

    Add in onions, garlic and salt and them fry until they start to brown.

    Add in your diced tomatoes, beef masala and cook until tender.

    Now it's ready to serve.

    Serve with ugali and desired vegetables. Enjoy 😋😋
