8quail eggs
100 gbamboo shoots, slice
1 pclong bean, cut into 2 cm length
8-10red and green chillies, crush
2shallots, slice as thin as you can
3 clovesgarlic, slice as thin as you can
1 cmginger, crush
1bay leaf
2kaffir lime leaves
Mushroom stock
Salt
40 mlwater

Boiled eggs and peel the eggshells

Stir fry shallots, garlic and ginger then put chillies. Wait for 3 minutes

Put bamboo shoots, long bean and quail eggs. Give water, salt, and mushroom stock. Then close the frying pan until the water completely dry.
