Firstly take all green chiilli and wash it with normal water then spoonz with cloth let them dry for 2 minutes

Other side heat up the refined oil cut the green chilli with knife from middle part put into the oil let them fry for 2 or 3minutes as the chillies look light green pour into the plate

Sprinkle with salt, amchur powder, corriender Powder, chaat masala,u can also add some red chilli powder and garam masala for taste now chillies are ready to serve. for garnishing use some grated cheez as required.

U can serve it with chappati, puri and bhature also
