This delicious, nutritious Green Pulao (Jain) made without potato, onion or garlic.
Steps

Wash basmati rice and soak for 2 hours. Parboiled rice.keep aside.

Boil french beans and green peas together. Chop capsicum in small pieces. Wash, peel and chop raw banana.

Grind coriander leaves,mint leaves and chillies with little salt to prepare smooth chutney (if needed add 1-2 tbsp water)

In thick bottom kadhai add and heat ghee & oil. Add cumin seeds,as they splutter,add capsicum pieces,mix and saute for 5 mins. Add raw banana pieces,mix and saute,cook till tender. Add & saute cashewnuts pieces and raisins.

Now add grinded green chutney paste. Add and mix boiled peas and french beans.

Now add parboiled basmati rice,mix gently, cook on slow flame on gas for 5 mins.

Serve/ Relish Hot Green Pulao with Gujarati Kadhi.
