First of all powdered the biscuits add melted butter n mix well set in loose bottom pan n keep in refrigerate for 15 minutes

Whip the cream add strawberry pury almost one cup or less mix well

Soak the geleton powder in 4 tb spoon chilled water after 5 minuts microwave it for 10 seconds for melting

Add half amount of geleton in cream and half amount in leftover straw berry puri

Now put the biscuits pan out from refigrater pour the strawberry cream mixture and then straw berry puri and leave again in refrigrater for 4 to 5 hours

Decorate with whip cream and fresh fruits kiwi and strawberry according to your choice
