Steps

Soak posto in warm water
- 2
Peel potato, wash and cut in small cubes..fry in hot oil
- 3
Fry till golden brown... remove from oil and keep aside

Drain water from posto...take posto and green chillies in a jar.. grind it and make a paste..add some water if required

Heat oil on medium flame...fry dry red chillies

Keep flame low.. add posto paste..and stir well for a minute

Add masale and stir well
- 8
Add fried potato pieces..mix well in posto...cook for a minute

Add half cup water...mix potato and cook for 5 minutes on medium low flame

Begali Aloo-Posto is ready... serve hot with roti
