Ingredients

  1. 250 gmmaida / all purpose flour
  2. 1 tsp eachSalt and carom seeds
  3. 1 tspoonoil
  4. 2onion
  5. 2boiled potato
  6. to tasteSalt and red chilli
  7. 1 tspcumin and turmeric
  8. as requiredOil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix potato,onion and other spices andmake a stuffing and keep aside

  2. 2

    Now knead a dough with maida,salt,carom,oil and knead dough with water

  3. 3

    Now take a lemon size dough and spread it cut in triangle,place potato stuffing and close it

  4. 4

    Now heat oil and fry till golden brown serve hot
