Party stater for idli lovers.
Steps

Take a bowl add crush 3- idli.,add grated carrot,add boiled corn,add 1- tbsp ginger garlic paste,add cumin powder,add garam masala powder,add red chilli powder.mix well.

Add boiled and mashed potatoes.add Salt to taste,add coriander and mix well.

Oil your hands and make round kababs.

Add oil in a grilling pan set on a medium heat.pan grill the kababs for 3-5 minutes.golden brown grill kababs is ready.

Serve with tomato sauce.
