Diced chicken breast
Spring Onions
Diced Red pepper
Diced Green pepper
Sweet corn
Seasoning
Garlic/ ginger paste & bayleaf
Corn flour

Steps

First wash the diced chicken breast and bring to a boil.

Add bayleaf, seasoning & allow it to cook. When its almost done add sweet corn, red/green pepper & onions.

Then mix corn flour with little water & pour inside. Sprinkle the spring onions & Its done.. very simple yet delicious. Pair with fried rice 😋
