Add tomatoes mix well cover and simmer till tomatoes are soft then add coriander leaves mix well remove from heat cool and grind into a fine paste

Heat a tbsp oil in cooker or vessel add cumin seeds once they splutter add ginger garlic sautey few seconds add all powder spices except garam masala powder mix well

If masala is sticking to bottom add a tbsp water and sautey for few seconds then add the onion tomato masala paste

Cook until masala is dry add peas and sautey for 2 to 3 minutes on high heat fry well till all masala is coated well with peas

Add water as required and close cooker lid pressure cook for3 to 4 whistles till peas are soft
- 7
Open cooker once pressure is gone take out 2 tbsp of peas and coarse grind them then add it back into the gravy it will give a good thickening add garam masala powder and chopped coriander leaves mix well

Simmer few minutes then serve with poori paratha phulka chapati
