Wash and rinse black chole twice

In cooker pour 1 glass black chole and soak for 8-10 hours

After add salt to black chole and heat the flame

Boil chole for 30 minutes on low flame take 2 whistle on high flame

Take a pan add oil heat the flame

When oil is hot add jeera on low flame add garam masala red chilly chole masala coriander powder

Then pour a masala into a boil black chole and soak extra water on medium flame

Serve and enjoy
