Soaked ugu in water with vinegar or salt 4 sm mins,wash n rinsed, kp aside

In a pot add palm oil, onions, garlic n fry 4 2mins,add ur boiled or fried meat with pepper,locust beans, stir fry 4 5mins

Add seasoning, Add ur ugu n stir, allow it 2 cook. Depending on how you want us, 2 soft as in tender or not 2 soft lyk mine.

Serve with white rice.
