Take the some hot water in a bowl and add salt and soya soak it in a hot water for 15 minutes

Heat the oil in a cooker and add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, black cardamom and black pepper seeds now add onion it till change in colour now add garlic, ginger paste now add beans and carrot cook for minutes now add turmeric powder then add tomato and soaked rice and mix it well now add garam masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder and coriander powder cook for minutes now add salt and mix it well now add soya and cook it

Now add water cover it and cook for 15 minutes now soya pulao is ready to serve with raita
